My acer aspire E1-572-6676 would connect to the internet fine and works really well. however when someone else uses their device on the same FLOOR of the house it disconnects from the wifi. When they are using it lets say in the basement the pc works perfectly fine (most of the time sometimes it disconnects with no one being in the house). This is a weird problem and i have been trying to fix this for a long time. I installed many drivers but nothing seems to work.

Hi!I have an Acer aspire 5755G with a windows 10. My WiFi connection list does not apear. My Wifi key does not turn on the Wifi lamp as well. I checked device manager but I do not see the drive, I installed a broadband wireless drive for windows 8 but it does not install or help. Also I installed the drive downloader and it checked the drivers. It says that the device associated with the wireless derive (Atheros AR5B97) is not connected .what should I do now?no firewall, no airplane mode.Thanks 2ff7e9595c
